Tap Tap Tap - The Place We Use Together

Part of the beginner files and of the "basic braining" series therein, this includes my most commonly used soothing anchor for myself, and some general clinic on automatic practices for self-deepening and integrating this and other tools as you please.

"Tap Tap Tap" said while percussively tapping on your arm, back of your neck, anywhere you like. A lot of elaborative, descriptive, social script style content, some rhymes and rambles. Keeps up a steady pace without downtime. Long.

Basic Braining - Beginner Session 1 - Night Night Anchor

A simple session for my "night night" anchor. A good shortcut down which you can hand out, to yourself, or elsewise as you choose. In a session format.

A good place to start. Various components of the session are listed below the long basic session itself, for use in playlists if this resonates with you.

This is a Beginner Session. They are numbered and referenced on the Beginner page but you can simply pick any and begin - many share a common introduction and they can be mixed into longer session lists.

There are various beginner series in the works such as this Basic Braining series, Trust and Rapport, Pet Training, Tools to Borrow, Bioidentical Self-Conditioning, Thymnestic Anchors, Corruption, Content In Bed, Content in Succubed, Simple Readings, Self-Care(ss), and Games We Play
