Relaxation Tutorial - A Day At The Beach

This is actually 5 complete hypnosis files, intended to introduce beginners and advanced listeners alike to some of my favorite visualizations. If you are new, this is a good starting point. If you've been here for a while this is a good refresher. A relaxing non-erotic walk down on to the beach. Indeed the first four files are a bit arousing but nothing explicit. The fifth is very slightly lewd and nothing more, and is purely optional, you could just make a playlist of the first four. Click here for more details.

Beginner's Hypnosis Primer

  • Simple, non-erotic file, a good example of a complete file.
  • Includes induction, body, and awakener.
  • While you will normally make your own playlists, this file shows what the complete setup would sound like.
  • Generally theme of relaxing better when listening.

Equilibrium Awakener

  • This is a simple transition from depth to waking.
  • For when you need to wake up after a file and cannot simply drift.
  • Incorporates reinforcement language addressed at the contents of the preceding file.
  • Good way to end a looping file set.
  • Long for an awakener, so you will have lots of time to get moving again.

Beginner's Induction

  • Simple and straightforward, addresses common misconceptions.
  • Gives examples of various deepening and relaxation techniques.
  • Non-erotic. Finger snaps and implication but not command to sleep..
