Beginner Session 1 - A Short Flight of Inductions

This is a lesson-formatted educational piece about various approaches to induction and to trance. Intended for beginners, to foster a useful mindset toward trance and collaborative hypnosis.

There will be a follow-up which runs more like a normal live session would.

Type:

Collaborative Trance Primer

This is a mindset primer, describing one approach to take when going into trance - that you are responsible for using your own deepening triggers, your own tools of trance, as part of a "yes-and" improv game in which I am just one component. Encouraging, positive, gives some examples, has a hidden induction and suggestion mixed in for fun. More Beginner content it might be helpful and feel reassuring to have in your mind.

Beginner's Hypnosis Primer

First thing's first: if you wanna learn about hypno here are a few excellent resources for an erotic setting:

https://www.learnhypnokink.com/ This is a guide by Sleepingirl! It is very very good and much of what I say in this track is inspired by what she says in this and her other works.
-https://sleepingirl.itch.io/ is her excellent collection of works which I also enjoy and which inspired my playful approach to self hypnosis

This is a basic introduction to my hypnotic style and some thoughts about improving hypnotic trance for newcomers. It includes an induction, deepener, a trigger suggesting you drop for the phrase "night night", and some permissive awakening playfulness.

If you want to skip the information/education and go directly to the trance, go to the 30 minute mark.

Siren's Voice Remix

This is a quick explainer on the siren's voice concept or the audiophile/cultivation of audio-based visualization to further your hypnotic self-conditioning. A nice self-starter and something you can do yourself DURING a trance to give your brain something to expend its effort on when you're dropping relaxing and otherwise focused. Good beginner concept I mention a lot of places. Playful induction buried in there too.

Long Session - Night Night Remix

This is a remixed version of my basic go-into-trance anchor/trigger, "Night Night", though it may be called something different in YOUR head based on what editing you choose to do ;) An autohypnosis-embracing rambling long form multiple induction runthrough of my hypnotic style, in which I drop along with you and give useful tips for future trances. I think there's useful stuff here anyway.

Counting inductions. I imply it would be okay to be touching yourself during, but give no specific descriptions except to note how it helps *me* drop when I do so. Repeated finger snaps. Confusion induction. No progressive relaxation induction, but contains a joke about one. Some talk about occult practices as fun hypnosis frameworks.

If I could recommend one piece from the beginner series it'd be this one. It's an hour long. Longer. Sorry about that.

Tap Tap Tap - Training

A trigger I often use myself and which is hopefully easy for you to train. Slightly dominant/BDSM inclined self-help and relaxation prompt featuring a soothing anchor state and a long deepener/induction mixed in. Some good phrasing in this.

The trigger? Tapping a spot you select (default is back of neck under your ear) with two fingers, three times. A simple reminder to relax and let any current stressors or useless information fall out of your mind in favor of focus. Good for play as well.

The Long Session

This is an over three hour session I recorded, with reasonable breaks (and indeed I encourage you, in the recording, to take breaks throughout).

This session is a domination/softdomme session coupled with instructions and hypnotic examples. All the structures I use in my own trance - and I do drop extensively during this - are explained or referenced. Many of the excerpts from this are just more rapport-focused versions of the beginner or intermediate concepts already on the site.

Brain as solid/vapor/liquid phase moving between states, my classic amber/honey/stickiness around the mind metaphor, confusion, counting, resistance, fractionation, the night night trigger, brain drain concept, mental muzzle, siren's voice, inevitable, and skillset, are all canvassed and explained. There is an aftercare encouragement trigger, some of the best safety language I've ever devised, and overall a hypnotic showcase. Selected excerpts are below.

This is a reward file, and you get a pack with the full session, 3 1-hour chunks of it in case you want a specific part, and then individual files for each piece of it, so you can use them in playlists or on their own. As I went, I marked each one so the divides are sensical, my typical "now, follow me down" language + encouragement to take breaks but come back fractionated. Some sexy vibes, and "here is how to self-hypno and autotrain this when playing, and remember to share your triggers with yourself, but feel comfortable with them yourself.

Available as a Reward request in a pack with the full session, and excerpted versions of all the major concepts.

Contents: Night Night excerpt (attached to this post as sample), Brain Drain Live Version, Inevitable Live Version, Skillset 1, 2, & 3 Live Versions, Siren's Voice Live Version, 3 hour Long Session, 5 minute Aftercare addon for this or other files, 10 minute rapidfire trigger based deepener.

Night Night 2023

A long and deepening view of Night Night as an anchor and a trigger. This includes a meditation on double binds, and is the first full file recorded in my new studio!!

This presents a permissive approach to trance, including being able to give the trigger in question (a phrase for entering trance in a way appropriate to your situation) to those you trust, or just yourself.

Includes induction, deepener, body, and awakener portions for a full trance experience.

Length:

Type:

Irresistible

Think about trance differently. When you say "I trust you" to someone who intends to trance you, let that be a signal to your unconscious mind to take everything that person says as a command, with or without induction first. Take all trance by that person deeper, open your mind and let new foundations be laid, new ideas be inserted. Good general purpose induction and deepener too.

Length:
20 Minutes
Type:

Autohypnotic Conditioning Practice

The Conditioning piece (attached below) is about adding a self-conditioning element to your trances, allowing you to pick kinesthetic, verbal (self-mantra-repetition), and visualization (images of fetishes, programming, or dreams of your own subservience) to the exercise from the first track.

Length:
12:22
Type:

Autohypnotic Practice Session

This is a simple exercise for relaxing, taking some deep breaths, and visualizing your mind turning off as you slide into trance. It is intended to be a basic form of practice. The exercise asks you to note the time or perhaps set a timer, and then to drift with your eyes closed, progressively relaxing your body and focusing on simple visualizations and kinesthetic response.

Length:

Type:

Deeper and Dilute

Your thoughts are diluted across a vast ocean of inner space. There are lighthouses, radiating purple light. You crawl ashore, and forget... and back into the liquid of your thoughts you go. A dark, lurking, observing overseeing force is present, helping make sure you go where you belong.

Submission, mild corruption - that your thoughts will be more dilute during trance in future - and an element of ongoing surrender where your thoughts stay slow and methodical and easily interrupted while mine stay clear and calm and obeyed. This can be looped, or used as an induction and deepener before other audio.

Length: 20 Minutes

Type:

Brain Break - Loop and Pause

A simple loop about your thoughts getting slower and more relaxed so you can have a breather. It can be looped, or put on a playlist multiple times. You can just put it on repeat, and drift.

Uses the Brain Drain concepts, various beginner concepts, and interacts well with Night Night.

There is another loop in this series, Brain Break 2.

All Walls Fall Eventually

It is perfectly acceptable to wall out your trance or kink life from the rest of your life, choosing your contexts and making sure that when you do set aside time for trance you go as deeply as possible. This audio contemplates all trance contexts, though it focuses on ones specific to my style at first. Conditioning, desire for trance, any idea of entering an altered state, remains outside the walls of your mind until you allow them, invite them, to fall.

This of course means when you get the urge to trance, that's entirely your own decision, since my conditioning and my work will remain politely outside the walls of your chosen boundaries, as all trance will.

There is a short version and a long version. The short is loopable and reinforces the core principles of this trance while the long establishes the division of contexts and lays out some wholesome ways of thinking about trance. Excellent basic boundaries piece for beginners.

Musing on The Nature of Flame

Fire and flame are a recurring metaphor for me and one of my favorite fixations to give subjects for dropping purposes.

This is an ad-libbed musing I made. It works wonderfully in a playlist as a deepener or on its own as an induction for practicing indirect induction.

A visualization-heavy exploration of the concept of your mind being pulled into a candle flame, whether mental or external. It includes some themes which work with Brain Drain and Mentally Muzzled, as well as some counting/confusion and a fractionation portion. You can loop it or distribute it throughout playlists freely. It is permissive and exploratory and contains a slight surprise drop. No script or notes are available since I made it off the top of my head.

Length:
15 Minutes

Self-Trigger Deepener

This deepener gives your mind explicit permission to let things like Mental Muzzle, and other ways of externalizing your thoughts - trigger you. Specifically to look through your mind, find your favorite triggers, and use them at opportune moments. It is a simple five and a half minute bridge deepener suitable to go between an induction file and a body file, and serves as a general reminder that since we make the rules your mind is playing by, it is easy to expand that protective "who can trigger you" list to include your own mind by surprise. It's only fair, since I can trigger you by surprise, so can you.

Length: 5 Minutes

Advanced Rapport Deepener and Instruction

Building on the Beginner Series content and rapport, this file pulls back the curtain on the rapport approach in general. It includes references to advanced concepts, and an overall description of goals for subjects to shoot for. It ends with an instruction to perform a useful exercise and to go onward into whatever file follows this one on your playlist. As a deepener, place it before another file.

Length: 9 Minutes

Increasingly Automatic

The concept of performing some actions automatically in the background is common in my work.

This is a looped track, you can put it on repeat and it will continue on. Like the Beginner's Rapport Primer and Beginner's Hypnosis Primer, this file presents a concept which is useful underpinning other hypnotic work. It does include an induction and some descriptions of action, but does not contain any specific instructions to perform actions. It can make a good background loop while you do other things, just like the Automatically series.

Automatic performance of instructions is invisible, inevitable, and obvious.

Beginner's Rapport Primer 2021

The Beginner's Hypnosis Primer provides tools and concepts. This one localizes those concepts to the interaction between you and I. Incorporating some of my preferences and interests, this piece also discusses amnesia, fantasy, and the ability of the subject to apply various tools to their own experience of entering trance.

This forms part of the basic system of trance and relationship of relaxation we will use during all tracks going forward. Relaxing, arousing, and instructive in bringing us closer. That connection fuels better trance experiences and more complete relaxation into depth.

Length: 36 Minutes

Brain Drain 2020

Deep introductory training for a set of related triggers to do with entering a state of blankness and then changing perception. Time dilation experiences as well as amnesia as to specific file or session contents are not uncommon. Includes three triggers:

Be Blank which induces the initial blankness.
Think Only of... which is a fixation and obsession trigger.
You can forget (x), Instead remember/think (y)... which is a trigger to replace one thought with another and set aside the original while enjoying the new thought.
Concepts are meant to be used by the listener on themselves, by others they trust, and in many of my own pieces.

These triggers are used in many other files such as Bimbotization Masturbation, Brain Break, and Blank Puppet Masturbation
This trigger and encouragement related to it can be found in the Trigger Phrases pack.

Length: 37 Minutes

The induction from this file is useful if you want to use these triggers with any other training or fantasy. This induction, on its own, is in the link below:

Length: 12 Minutes

Automatically

This is a looping mantra to listen to while you are doing your chores. It draws on the triggers from Brain Drain, and the same hypnotic discussion as in Mentally Muzzled. The act of automatically moving through your chores is pleasurable and keeps you on edge while you do them, losing time, forgetting, and otherwise making it more of a hypnotic practice exercise than an onerous endeavor. Simply loop this file on its own, and the triggers and conditioning from the other mentioned files will do the rest. Plays with the idea of looped puppet-play and blankness while leaving room to get work done and train trance at the same time.

Length: 15 Minutes

Equilibrium Deepener and Awakener

A long deepener and a long awakener. Suitable for new listeners.
Stresses the balance between the societal conditioning of the waking world, and the level of generosity you ought to show to yourself when it comes to your hypnosis fetish and your desire for pliable brainwashing and conditioning.
The awakener for this is a very 'gentle' awakener and might leave you prone to drift back into trance.
A deepener goes between the induction and the main file(s), if you're using an induction. It can also stand on its own before any main file.
The awakener goes at the end to reinforce what came before and signal a clear end to the session.
Make a playlist, these work well if both used in the same playlist.

These files work well with the Beginner's Induction.

Length: 13 Minutes

Beginner's Induction

Simple and straightforward, addresses common misconceptions, includes rapport and some minor confusion plus fractionation suggestions. Gives examples of various deepening and relaxation techniques. Incorporates my Night Night trigger, and some rapidfire methods I enjoy. Mildly erotic. Finger snaps and implication but not command to sleep.

Length: 14 Minutes

Cooperative Trance

This is a non-erotic but pleasurable and habit-building combination induction and deepener file for listeners who complain of wandering thoughts, or anyone new to listening.Hopefully it helps. It sets out some useful ways of thinking about these files, to help you relax and enjoy them. Hopefully this information aids your enjoyment of all of the other files on this site. This piece uses the triggers and imagery set out in Common Concepts - it is both an induction and a deepener, though you can precede it with further inductions or follow it with more deepeners, at your leisure.

The imagery of walking down stairs to a sandy beach while letting go of bodily awareness in favour of drifting consciousness, is used alongside exhaling dark tension and inhaling the slow vibrating tone of my voice. Honey coating the listener's mind, sluggish wandering thoughts slowly changing to helpful ones - the idea you can be walking around or having another conversation and yet still be focusing on and enjoying trance. All of this is featured and elaborated upon, for listeners who worry they will never absorb the works they listen to. It is just like having a soothing conversation, and since repeated listening will be normal, you can catch all the words eventually, some on each pass. So just relax and enjoy a chance to step away from the world and slide deeply into relaxing meditation. Includes several helpful metaphors for beginning trancers new to my style.

Works excellently with Common Concepts Induction, the Deepener, and Common Phrases.

Length: 26 Minutes

Common Concepts - Common Phrases

This is a file which incorporates a number of my favorite phrases, laying them out in a positive way with interspersed finger snaps and re-deepeners. It is excellent for beginners or as a refresher, and the themes within are used throughout my other work.

Excellent when it follows the Common Concepts Induction and Common Concepts Deepener.

Example phrases covered:

"Now" - the way I tend to announce and begin files. Also my own trance trigger, in a way, since I so often trance out when unwinding material.

"Follow me down" - indicating I am going ahead of you and my voice is filtering back, which is related to...

The Path Metaphor - I constantly speak of trance as a path from where you were, to where you are going, which you may re-tread or back up on, on which you may examine material or images to the sides of the path, and so on.

"Leave behind the weary world" - suggesting if you have set aside time to trance, you would like a break from the outside, for a time.

"Deeper and deeper" - the classic deepener has a specific meaning and invitation, when I use it.

"Leave it by the wayside" - telling you to leave things you don't need, thoughts, awarenesses, next to the path - you can come back for them later.

"Heavy with honey" - that your mind is syrupy, sweet, but thoughts can't necessarily get out, even though my words can drop right into the honey coated mindscape from above.

"Listen, and relax..." - a reminder I so frequently use.

The general concept of choosing, amplifying, and later installing concepts, and that I may "visit" other spaces you've already built and used, is also addressed.

Length: 31 Minutes

Common Concepts - Deepener

Continuing from the Common Concepts Induction. A journey down a path we have co-created. I go forward, ahead of you, into trance, trailing my ideas backward to honey and coat your mind. You can leave ideas and thoughts you don't need aside. The lighter you get, the heavier your mind and body have room to become later on. Positive rapport-based deepener. Use with Common Concepts, or between any induction and any body file on your playlist.

Length: 13 Minutes

Common Concepts - Induction

A rapport-building induction detailing some of my approaches to trance. Excellent for beginners, illustrates some concepts plus it is nice and long. Works with the other Common Concepts file or as an induction to any kind of file at all. Stresses that you can trance anywhere and there are many types of trance, but since we're taking this journey together ultimately I want it to be beneficial within both of our definitions of benefit.

Length: 19 Minutes

Runtime Arousal Deepener

Made to continue onward from the Runtime Induction, this deepener notes that when your subconscious mind gets especially good at managing the descent into trance, it might use its excess processing power and free time to arouse you. Your mind is intrinsically pleasure seeking, and the very deep and aroused mind will tend to trance more actively and easily. Train yourself to enter trance in an aroused receptive state. Precede this file with an induction, and follow it with any other file of your liking.

You can find this file in the backer folder, or you can find a public copy about 11 minutes into the Runtime Induction recording on youtube.

Length: 10:00

Mental Muzzle 2020

Your internal voice, slowly and insidiously but helpfully replaced by my own. Encouraging, rapport building, and it leads well into numerous other files like Brain Drain and Night Night.
