This is a lesson-formatted educational piece about various approaches to following my instructions. Permissive, confusion and amnesia elements. Intended for beginners, to foster a useful mindset toward collaboration and acting-as-if.

Includes the seven plus or minus two method, and permissive flourishes for both the non-imaginative/literal thinker, and the easily distracted listener.

Basic Braining 3 - Beginner's Collaborative Infusion

This is a mindset primer, describing one approach to take when going into my body of work - that you are responsible for using your own deepening methods, ritualization, your own tools of training, as part of a "yes-and" improv game in which I am just one component. Encouraging, positive, gives some examples, has a hidden instruction or two about safety and comfort, as well as a self-gamification suggestion mixed in for fun. This is a basic introduction to my style and some thoughts about improving hypnotic trance for newcomers. It includes an induction, deepener, a trigger suggesting you drop for the phrase "night night", and some permissive awakening playfulness.

Consider chaining another piece right after it for practicing a kind of "zoomed out" overview without responding.

Rapidfire, confusion, patter, verbiage I also use elsewhere. A simple session for my "night night" anchor. A good shortcut down which you can hand out, to yourself, or elsewise as you choose. In a session format.

A good place to start. Various components of the session are listed below the long basic session itself, for use in playlists if this resonates with you.

This is a Beginner Session. They are numbered and referenced on the Beginner page but you can simply pick any and begin - many share a common introduction and they can be mixed into longer session lists.

Made several improved or expanded versions of my classic drop piece. Drift away with any authorized use of your chosen phrase defaulting to night night.

A faithful remake, a corruption themed twist, and Night Night - Cow In The Moo-N, a hucow themed expansion/replacement, since that's popular.

This will be part of a beginner's set of deepener/induction/awakener paired to various body and suggestion files.

Anything's A Pendulum if you're the one who's swaying.

A deepener (so put it in a playlist before other files, after some kind of induction) which addresses those who often feel they just can't relax and give themselves permission to enjoy the contents, while including several useful confusion and autohyp tricks.

The surface of your mind is already slippery, so just lay back in the waves.

This is an induction made up of standard "sand" induction language combined with various deepeners - the exercises used to help you slide into slightly deeper trance incrementally during the induction process and throughout files.

These deepeners include a visualization, progressive relaxation, counting, and arm drop induction. There is also some eye fixation.

Place this induction in your playlist prior to a body file containing suggestions or commands. This file takes care of the initial induction or entry into trance.

The concept of performing some actions automatically in the background is common in my work.

This is a looped track, you can put it on repeat and it will continue on. Like the Beginner's Rapport Primer and Beginner's Hypnosis Primer, this file presents a concept which is useful underpinning other hypnotic work. It does include an induction and some descriptions of action, but does not contain any specific instructions to perform actions. It can make a good background loop while you do other things, just like the Automatically series. This gives an explicit chance to "get off" the ride once per loop, and uses my various triggers and anchors. Vague pleasure/sexual suggestions, nothing specific. I like listening to this kind of thing with music also playing.

Automatic performance of instructions is invisible, inevitable, and obvious.

The safety and escape of comfortably knowing you're only going to experience what you want to. This is a comfort/safety/rapport track meant to work with the other Beginner files.

A trigger I often use myself and which is hopefully easy for you to train. Slightly dominant/BDSM inclined self-help and relaxation prompt featuring a soothing anchor state and a long deepener/induction mixed in. Some good phrasing in this.

The trigger? Tapping a spot you select (default is back of neck under your ear) with two fingers, three times. A simple reminder to relax and let any current stressors or useless information fall out of your mind in favor of focus. Good for play as well.

Invokes my general puppetry/corruption/marionette theme, some doll vibes, but also some general service/"you are doing this to yourself" additions to my classic Relaxing Sands. This is the induction intended for the upcoming Corruptive Seed piece.

An induction/deepener fit to go in a playlist either at the start or when skipping around.

References other beginner files, my usual triggers, and the concept of autohypnosis. Mantras: "I cannot resist hypnotic trance" "now, follow me down", similar flourishes.

Long, reflective piece to tenderize one's mind for trance in general. Includes a lot of my favorite deepeners and a run through of relaxing about trance and how the more sure you are of your boundaries, the deeper you end up going. Good rapport-building piece to introduce my style.

A follow up / sidemake of the corruption concept from the original Stated Purpose. Essentially a perspective piece which trains a few of my frequently used phrases. Slightly ominous, slightly sinister, subtly dominant, still collaborative.

An updated and expanded version of Safety and Escape. This is partly about how the more sure you are that hypnosis is safe and comfortable for you, the more you will feel comfortable letting go and cutting loose. It just makes sense.

For the very literal listener, this also provides reassurance and permission to "edit" the words you hear from me: maybe YOUR version of my triggers has a different wording, or only works at night, or only in the bath tub - maybe your "context" for hypnosis, requires that you be the only one at home during it. Everyone varies, so this is an open ended "safety" framework which also includes a few communication suggestions for when playing with people in hypno BDSM scenes.

PS - I snuck an improved version into this entry on January 30th 2025.

This is a file which incorporates a number of my favorite phrases, laying them out in a positive way with interspersed finger snaps and re-deepeners. It is excellent for beginners or as a refresher, and the themes within are used throughout my other work.

Example phrases covered:

"Now" - the way I tend to announce and begin files. Also my own trance trigger, in a way, since I so often trance out when unwinding material.

"Follow me down" - indicating I am going ahead of you and my voice is filtering back, which is related to...

The Path Metaphor - I constantly speak of trance as a path from where you were, to where you are going, which you may re-tread or back up on, on which you may examine material or images to the sides of the path, and so on.

"Leave behind the weary world" - suggesting if you have set aside time to trance, you would like a break from the outside, for a time.

"Deeper and deeper" - the classic deepener has a specific meaning and invitation, when I use it.

"Leave it by the wayside" - telling you to leave things you don't need, thoughts, awarenesses, next to the path - you can come back for them later.

"Heavy with honey" - that your mind is syrupy, sweet, but thoughts can't necessarily get out, even though my words can drop right into the honey coated mindscape from above.

"Listen, and relax..." - a reminder I so frequently use.

The general concept of choosing, amplifying, and later installing concepts, and that I may "visit" other spaces you've already built and used, is also addressed: an approach to self-hypnosis which is pro-actively going on at the same time as you are listening to my suggestions. Good beginner attitude for trance.

There are some playful deepener and induction flourishes as well.

This is a quick explainer on the siren's voice concept or the audiophile/cultivation of audio-based visualization to further your hypnotic self-conditioning. A nice self-starter and something you can do yourself DURING a trance to give your brain something to expend its effort on when you're dropping relaxing and otherwise focused. Good beginner concept I mention a lot of places. Playful induction buried in there too.

This is a remixed version of my basic go-into-trance anchor/trigger, "Night Night", though it may be called something different in YOUR head based on what editing you choose to do ;) An autohypnosis-embracing rambling long form multiple induction runthrough of my hypnotic style, in which I drop along with you and give useful tips for future trances. I think there's useful stuff here anyway.

Counting inductions. I imply it would be okay to be touching yourself during, but give no specific descriptions except to note how it helps *me* drop when I do so. Repeated finger snaps. Confusion induction. No progressive relaxation induction, but contains a joke about one. Some talk about occult practices as fun hypnosis frameworks.

If I could recommend one piece from the beginner series it'd be this one. It's an hour long. Longer. Sorry about that.

This is an over three hour session I recorded, with reasonable breaks (and indeed I encourage you, in the recording, to take breaks throughout).

This session is a domination/softdomme session coupled with instructions and hypnotic examples. All the structures I use in my own trance - and I do drop extensively during this - are explained or referenced. Many of the excerpts from this are just more rapport-focused versions of the beginner or intermediate concepts already on the site.

Brain as solid/vapor/liquid phase moving between states, my classic amber/honey/stickiness around the mind metaphor, confusion, counting, resistance, fractionation, the night night trigger, brain drain concept, mental muzzle, siren's voice, inevitable, and skillset, are all canvassed and explained. There is an aftercare encouragement trigger, some of the best safety language I've ever devised, and overall a hypnotic showcase. Selected excerpts are below.

A mix of inductions, deepener techniques, illustrations of how I go into trance, a few haunting words.

Think about trance differently. When you say "I trust you" to someone who intends to trance you, let that be a signal to your unconscious mind to take everything that person says as a command, with or without induction first. Take all trance by that person deeper, open your mind and let new foundations be laid, new ideas be inserted. Good general purpose induction and deepener too.

You've been listening to me for a while. Is it the case that you have a good grasp on what I do, and how, and why?

I make tools, or clockwork. My triggers are for yourself or your partners to use. I believe in self-determination and I think you can determine yourself into a pleasant and inescapable mental cage. A few well positioned tentacles don't hurt. I pick locks, I charm my way past doors, I siren vibrate into your brain, I make workshops - and they're FOR you. So if you tell me to let a slithering representation of your own fetishes and desires for a fulfilling hypno experience in... its tendrils may find just the right spots. I let a tentacular and influential symbiote use my workshop. It's up to you what that means for you. You've probably been thinking about it for a while. This also works with many of my trigger and transformation concepts.

Parasite/dark corruptive seed vibes, concept of being driven to do what you already wanted to do, now that you've trained the hypnotic tools. Encourages arousal.

Idea originally for a custom piece. This is an enhanced remake of this audio made in October 2024.

There is an induction which works with this, or with anything else.

The Conditioning piece (attached below) is about adding a self-conditioning element to your trances, allowing you to pick kinesthetic, verbal (self-mantra-repetition), and visualization (images of fetishes, programming, or dreams of your own subservience) to the exercise from the first track.

This is a simple exercise for relaxing, taking some deep breaths, and visualizing your mind turning off as you slide into trance. It is intended to be a basic form of practice. The exercise asks you to note the time or perhaps set a timer, and then to drift with your eyes closed, progressively relaxing your body and focusing on simple visualizations and kinesthetic response.

This is the first induction made for the Latex series of files. This series is about establishing safeties and comfort-increasing and self-deepening habits in subjects, as well as developing a framework for a corruptive fantasy through description and induction. It is a soothing piece about immersion in and control by dark latex, progressive relaxation elements. Can be used with other files, but it was made for the Latex Succubus stuff.

These are two vastly improved versions over the originals. The Indeepener is just that - induction, and/or deepener, stick it in playlists mixed in, and can be ably mixed into non-erotic playlists as well.

An induction which suggests that going into trance is a lot like going to sleep - inevitable, poetic, important. But this being guided meditation, some small but significant parts of you stay awake and focused. You may have to go somewhere or do something tomorrow, but for now you can sink and relax.

This is a looping mantra to listen to while you are doing your needed activities, chores, etc.. The act of automatically moving through your chores is pleasurable and keeps you on edge while you do them, losing time, forgetting, and otherwise making it more of a practice exercise than an onerous endeavor. Simply loop this file on its own, and the triggers and conditioning from the other mentioned files will do the rest. Plays with the idea of looped puppet-play and blankness while leaving room to get work done and train trance at the same time. Consider using it in a playlist, or playing soft music in the background as well.

"Get Hard" is my go-to mental and physical arousal instruction. This is a version which works with my various self-hypnotic instructions, and with the existing stud and eternal hardness content. Further reinforces "Get Hard" as your mental and physical erection fixation. When said by me, you, or someone you trust.

The Beginner's Hypnosis Primer provides tools and concepts. This one localizes those concepts to the interaction between you and I. Incorporating some of my preferences and interests, this piece also discusses amnesia, fantasy, and the ability of the subject to apply various tools to their own experience of entering trance.

This forms part of the basic system of trance and relationship of relaxation we will use during all tracks going forward. Relaxing, arousing, and instructive in bringing us closer. That connection fuels better trance experiences and more complete relaxation into depth.

For listeners with penises. Implies a link between arousal, erection, and hypnotic amnesia after the session. Erect mind, erect body. Can't get erect below? Doubly erect mind, focused on lust, fixating on the fantasies long delayed. You cannot postpone your braingasm indefinitely.

These files train a trigger, my instruction to get hard accompanied by a finger snap. The possibilities of trance, the effects of your erection, and the permission to allow other dominant partners to use your trigger are all contemplated.

The listener is walked through a brief rapport and trust based induction implying amnesia as to file contents might make for a pleasant surprise. "Get Hard" trigger and frequent finger snaps leading in to a brief awakening and encouragement to forget file contents while remembering and responding to trigger.

Might end with you in a fit state to go listen to another file. I loop it sometimes.
